Annual General Meeting
The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for November 12th at 7:30 PM.
The meeting will be held at the Otter Point Fire Hall, 3727 Otter Point Road.
Agenda Highlights:
- Election of Three Commission Positions
Three commission seats are available for election or re-election. These are two-year terms beginning January 1, 2026.
Eligibility to Stand or Vote:
- Only owners or occupiers of real property within the Otter Point Fire Local Service Area who attend the meeting are eligible to vote and be nominated for a commission position.
- Nominations for commission positions will be accepted exclusively during the AGM.
