Santa will be coming around the community on our decorated fire truck spreading Christmas cheer and handing out Candy Canes!
We will be collecting Monetary donations towards The Sooke Food Bank

FIRE HAZARD RATING

 

Category 1 Campfires.  Effective, September 4th  2026 , Campfires & Beach fires  WILL BE PERMITTED. 

Category 2 (Class B) Fires NOT permitted. Fires burning debris in 1 pile smaller than 2 meters high by 3 meters wide. All Permits will be rescinded Noon Thursday May 7th 2026  

Category 3 (Class A) Fires are prohibited. Fires greater then Category 2, Permits required and a Mandatory site inspection. Contact the Fire Department to see if you qualify.
